Produced in the volcanic lands of Etna, in Sicily

Varity of grape: 90% Nerello Mascalese, 10% Nerello Cappuccio
Exposure: the South East slopes of Etna
Refinement: spontaneous Malollatic fermentation, refined in wood minimum 9 months
Aroma: spicy, savoury with fruity undertones
Flavor: very balances with good intensity and freshness
Recommended serving temperature: 16-18° C
Alcohol content: 13,50%

NOBIS, Etna Bianco 2017 D.O.C. BIOLOGICO
Produced in the volcanic lands of Etna, in Sicily

Varity of grape: 80% Carricante, 15% Catarratto, 5% Minnella
Exposure: the South East slopes of Etna
Refinement: bottled when ready
Aroma: very floral, notes of blooming orange blossom
Flavor: very sapid and mineral
Recommended serving temperature: 8-10° C
Alcohol content: 13,50%
